- Rubbish & junk removal

Property Condition
Hard Yards Plus is a maintenance service.
Properties requiring significant restoration or clean-up may require an initial restoration service before ongoing maintenance can commence.
Green Waste
Routine maintenance clippings will be placed into the customer's green waste bin where available.
Where disposal exceeds normal maintenance quantities, or suitable green waste bin capacity is unavailable, additional disposal charges may apply.
Property Access
Clients must ensure:
- Gates are unlocked
- Pets are secured
- Properties are free of pet waste prior to each scheduled visit
- Safe access is available
Where pet waste removal is required, an additional fee may apply if agreed because of the additional time involved.
If access cannot be gained, Hard Yards may charge only a reasonable amount reflecting genuine cost or loss, where the possibility of that charge has been disclosed and the charge is permitted by law.
Weather
Services may be rescheduled where weather conditions make work unsafe or unsuitable.
Service Frequency
Hard Yards Plus is available on:
- Weekly
- Fortnightly
- Monthly
Services outside these frequencies are treated as one-off quotations.
Additional Work
Any work requested outside the agreed maintenance scope will be quoted and approved before work commences.
Pricing
Pricing is determined by:
- Property size
- Property condition
- Property access
- Vegetation density
- Maintenance frequency
Where maintenance requirements or business costs change significantly, Hard Yards may propose a price change for future visits. The change will be communicated before it applies, and the client may cancel future visits if they do not accept it.
Payment
Invoices are payable in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the Service Agreement and invoice.
Hard Yards may give reasonable notice and pause future scheduled services while an undisputed invoice remains overdue. This does not affect the client's right to raise a genuine invoice dispute.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel their ongoing maintenance service by providing reasonable notice.
Completed services remain payable.
Australian Consumer Law
Hard Yards services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including that services will be supplied with due care and skill and, where applicable, be fit for an agreed purpose and supplied within a reasonable time.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Liability
Subject to non-excludable rights, Hard Yards is not responsible to the extent loss or damage was caused by:
- Existing property damage
- Concealed or undisclosed irrigation, electrical or underground services
- Pre-existing lawn or plant conditions
- Unsafe site conditions or inaccurate customer information
Each party remains responsible for loss to the extent caused by its own breach, negligence or unlawful conduct.
Ending the service
Either party may end future recurring visits by giving reasonable notice. Hard Yards may pause or end the service for safety risks, repeated failed access, serious customer misconduct or overdue undisputed invoices after reasonable notice. Completed services remain payable.
